We are pleased to offer a choice of accommodation options .

1. Accommodation and Hospitality combined package
If you wish to book accommodation and other services together with hospitality as listed on this site please follow this link and enter and submit the requested information so we may revert to you with a tailored quote.

2. Accommodation, admission ticket and transfer packages -
We offer a choice of packages to take the strain out of your visit to The Open. Glasgow is the nearest major city to Turnberry and has a an International Airpot and main road & rail connections with the UK. It has a wealth of restaurants and other entertainment facilities. It is around 55 minutes by road from the city to the course.

The packages includes accommodation based on twin room occupancy with full Scottish Breakfast, adult admission ticket to The Open on the specified days and transfers to and from Turnberry in the morning and return in the evening. The transfers to and from the hotel and course will be a shared service with other clients. This may be a chauffeured car, executive mini-coach or luxury coach depending upon the number of guests requiring transfers. Transfers will depart at around 8am from your hotel and depart from Turnberry at 7pm. On the final day the return transfer will depart one hour after the close of the prize-giving ceremony.

All prices are per person and INCLUDE UK vat at 17.5% and all service charges.

Reservations
HOW TO BOOK - AS AN EXAMPLE TO BOOK 2 PEOPLE IN A TWIN ROOM YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A TOTAL QUANTITY OF 2 ON YOUR SELECTED PACKAGE. TO BOOK 2 PEOPLE BOTH IN SINGLE ROOMS YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 2 PACKAGES PLUS ADDITIONALLY BOOK 2 SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS. TO BOOK 3 PEOPLE - 2 PERSONS IN A TWIN AND 1 IN A SINGLE YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 3 ON YOUR SELECTED PACKAGE PLUS 1 SINGLE SUPPLEMENT.

Following your booking an invoice will be sent to you. The balance payment will be payable on further invoice by 15.04.09.
A small charge is made to send tickets and itineraries to you. As you follow the booking process you will have a choice of how you want to make payment. The methods include cheque payment by post, paying securely on-line by credit/debit card or paying over the telephone by credit / debit card. The choice will be offered to you as you proceed with your booking.
