8.00am onwards	Cloakroom drop-off facility available.
8.30am	Check-in at reception and receive your personal souvenir programme and order of play.
9.00am	Morning coffee, tea & hot bacon rolls or golfers breakfast
11.00am	The Bar opens for drinks and refreshments
12.00 noon	Champagne Reception
12.00 noon - 2.00pm	Superb four course luncheon served at your table with a selection of wines.
4.00pm	Light afternoon tea - cakes, tea and coffee.
5.45pm	Last orders for the bar.
6.30pm	Bar closes.
6.30pm	The hospitality facility closes - depart at your leisure.
